In addition to the plant logistic system, the galvanizing furnace is the heart of every hot-dip galvanizing plant. The quality of its design and engineering have a decisive influence on the quality of the galvanized articles (zinc coating), on the level of operating costs (zinc consumption, energy efficiency) and on the zinc kettle life (up to 10 years).
Our product range includes gas-fired galvanizing furnaces with steel kettles for batch galvanizing plants with heating equipment in the following designs:
• High-velocity burners
• Medium-velocity burners (plus hot gas circulation fans)
Our galvanizing furnaces based on the System BRUEGGEMANN, which has been used successfully many times, is equipped with high-velocity burners. We have been able to further develop this system in recent years (insulation, burner technology, burner control, etc.).
Our galvanizing furnaces based on the System BERG, which was very popular in the past and which is to be particularly gentle on the zinc kettle, is equipped with medium-velocity burners (plus hot gas circulation fans). We have also been able to further develop this system in recent years (in particular by using state-of-the-art hot gas circulation fans with modulating control).
