Drying furnaces

Every modern batch galvanizing plant should be equipped with a drying furnace, which makes a decisive contribution

•  to achieve economic advantages
   (increase in production output, savings in zinc consumption),

•  to improve product quality
   (uniform flux coating of the galvanized material),

•  to increase operational safety
   (avoiding risks of zinc splashes).

We supply our drying furnace in different versions as required:

The features of our drying furnace include:

•  Robust steel construction with ceramic lining, alternatively concrete body
•  Indirect heating system of the dry air
•  Dryer loading suspended on a transport unit or by means of a chain conveyor
•  Individually guided piping for the dryer air
•  Energy-saving heat recovery system
•  Additional heating device (if useful or necessary)
