Project consulting

In connection with the construction of a complete new batch galvanizing plant, we offer our customers project consulting (project support from top to bottom) if required. This project consulting goes far beyond the standard of project engineering.

A modular approach enables our customers to work flexibly with various external partners on their projects, although the drying furnace and the galvanizing furnace must always be supplied, installed and commissioned by our partners in accordance with our specifications. This enables us to offer our customers individual support, from the initial project idea through to the successful implementation of the project.

As part of our project consulting services, we can offer the following, for example:

•  Joint determination of the plant equipment to be used
•  Joint determination of the plant layout
•  Selection and determination of the material flow through the plant
•  Definition of the plant specifications important for the architect
•  Support in discussions with the architect
•  Support with the preparation of a project cost plan
•  Interface coordination of the project
•  Profitability calculation for the project
•  Preparation of a business plan
